Refund policy

1.     We hope you loved what you ordered from us. But just in case if you didn’t like it, we will accept returns in its original condition with tags intact and unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered for a refund to your original payment method.

2.     All returned items must be received by us within 14 days of the orders original shipment date to be eligible for a refund.

3.     Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or any other stains/elements.

4.     Shoes must be returned in its original condition, original box and placed inside another box. This ensures the shoes and shoe box will not be damaged. Please do not place shipping label directly on the shoe box. Please make sure shoe box is packed in its original condition.

5.     Once the order has been placed it can’t be canceled or changed.

6.     Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

7.     All final sale items are not eligible for any return or exchange.

8.     All returned items will incur restocking fees of 20%.

9.   Make sure the merchandise and online packing slip are included.

10.   Sugarmint is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Additionally, we are not liable for lost or undelivered returns when using your own shipping method. To ensure a smooth return process, we strongly advise against using a dropbox that does not have a daily pickup, as this may cause transit delays. Sugarmint is not responsible for any delays resulting from such drop-off locations. For the best return experience, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to guarantee safe delivery.

11.   If any returns do not meet these above requirements, we reserve right to refuse the return and will donate the items and “NO REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED”.
